Blue-water high latitude cruising sailboat, completely customized Skookum hull, built by Schaefers Marine. Beautifully hand-crafted one of a kind vessel! Two helms, one fully enclosed. Live aboard, sleeps six, separate shower in head, propane range and oven, 200+ gallons fuel, 220 gallons water in three tanks, Adler-Barber refrigeration, diesel heating stove, washing machine, fully insulated. 85HP Perkins diesel (cabin heat and hot water also available off of engine heat exchanger) 4.2KW Entec generator. Built stout, full keel, five barrier coats on new hull before the bottom paint went on, seven sails (five new, two used), roller furling headsail, solid bronze portholes, electronics (VHF radio, radar, depth sounder, autopilot), workshop, premium equipment, dual hydraulic steering, Maxwell Nelsson electric anchor winch with 200+ feet of 1/2" chain and 75 pound CQR anchor, nine self-tailing Anderson halyard and sheet winches. Valuation survey on 9/9/08 showed replacement value of $925K. Selling price reduced $425K below replacement to $499,900. Located in Coos Bay, OR.
